This Privacy Policy describes how Rigbot, Inc. (“Rigbot”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles data accessed through the Rigbot TMS AI Plugin (the “Plugin”).

The Plugin integrates with Gmail™ via Google™ APIs to help users automate logistics workflows within the Rigbot TMS platform.

2. Compliance with Google™ Policies

Rigbot’s use of information received from Google™ APIs complies with the Google™ API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Information We Access

With your authorization, the Plugin may access:

  • Email content
  • Email attachments
  • Email metadata (e.g., sender, subject, timestamps)

This access is limited strictly to emails that the user chooses to process through the Plugin.

4. How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data only to provide core functionality, including:

  • Extracting logistics and shipment-related data from emails
  • Automating load creation in Rigbot TMS
  • Detecting duplicate uploads
  • Labeling and organizing processed emails

5. What We DO NOT Do

We explicitly do NOT use Google™ user data for:

  • Advertising or remarketing
  • Marketing or promotional targeting
  • Selling or sharing with third parties
  • User profiling or unrelated analytics
  • Training generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models

We do not share Google™ user data except:

  • With secure infrastructure providers strictly required to operate the service

All service providers are contractually obligated to protect data.
